Returns, Exchanges & Store Credit
We understand that sometimes you may change your mind or need a different size. We're here to help make the process as easy as possible.
We offer exchanges and store credit within 14 days of receiving your order, provided your item meets the conditions outlined below.
Please note that we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
Return & Exchange Conditions
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit:

Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

The policy applies to full-priced items only.

Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unused, and in their original packaging.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

Exchanges for a different style, design, or product are not available.

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for change of mind.

We are not responsible for loss or damage that occurs during return shipping.
We recommend requesting a ring sizer before purchasing a ring to help ensure you order the correct size.
Damaged or Faulty Items
We take great care in creating and packaging every piece. If your item arrives damaged or you believe it has a manufacturing fault, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photographs of the issue.
Where a product is found to be faulty, damaged, or does not meet the guarantees provided under Australian Consumer Law, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund, as applicable.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange your item, you will be responsible for:

The cost of returning the item to us; and

The cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
Once your exchange has been approved, we will send you an $12.95 invoice for the replacement shipping cost.
Please note:

We can offer one exchange per order only.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
To avoid missing out on your preferred item, we recommend sending your return back as soon as possible. If your requested item is unavailable, we will contact you to discuss alternative options.
Store Credit
As all of our jewellery is handmade in small batches, we do not offer refunds for change of mind.
If your item meets our return conditions, you may request a store credit instead.
Store credits:

Are valid for 3 years from the date of issue.

Cannot be redeemed for cash or refunded.

Do not include any original shipping charges.
Please allow up to 5 business days for our team to process your return once it has been received.
How to Request an Exchange or Store Credit
To arrange an exchange or store credit, please email us at hey@frothcollection.com.au and include your order number.
Once your return has been received, processing typically takes 3–5 business days.
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing in this policy is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any rights or remedies you may have under Australian Consumer Law.
Under Australian Consumer Law, consumers are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund for products that are faulty, significantly different from their description, or otherwise fail to meet consumer guarantees. These rights apply independently of our change-of-mind policy outlined above.
